During my 2 weeks off, I went to California to visit my friend Kim. Before leaving, I asked Gen if I could meet her in person while I was down there. Gen accepted my invitation and Kim and I met her for tea in Santa Monica on 4/8/09. She is such an absolute sweetheart and even signed several copies of the latest “Supernatural” magazine (where she is featured on the cover). She also gave me a bag full of “Wildfire”-related goodies, which I love so much! After chatting with her for awhile, Jared Padalecki even stopped by to visit us too! He also took the time to sign the “Supernatural” magazines and we all chatted for quite awhile. After taking several photos with them, we said our goodbyes. They are both so amazing and completely down to earth! What a fabulous day that was! Thank you so much Gen and Jared! Kim will be emailing me some more photos soon and I will post them too.
